The Lockheed test sticker ties this clock to an L-1011. There is a separate timebase that does exactly what your home brew panel does. A great many aoircraft clocks used this same timebase but with different indicators. Your timebase would run a clock from a 747, DC-10 and many other commercial aircraft of the 1970s/80s. The pinouts are usually the same between between different models of mechanical cockpit clocks made by Airpax and later companies. VERY nice teardown and reverse engineering, as always!
