    You look very cool , well I just want to say our body already has its natural drive that makes us function in a super natural way and what I mean by super natural is not a pothergaist but an extra natural way the root of living , so when we are eating conscious is the first step , the second step is simply to live a righteouss livity and your body will naturally align itself theres no need for special breathings, weird chantings , or any sort of those widespread meditation methods of today its useless when you living a righteous way of life your energy points and every aspect alignt itself naturally so besides conscious eating , I would recommend bodyweight training as means for optmize health logevity and overall strenght
