I feel like it’s a balance if Shang can rush down with high Lows and he can also get fullscreen confirms and he can also do high damage then how would anyone be him?
I've been playing a lot of Shang and I absolutely love morphing into anything that's thrown at me. It's easier to morph when you have Sub as a cameo and if you know the other characters well, you can get some crazy damage. Sub is my favorite to morph into since he has a lot of combo potential and being able to boost the damage output makes me smile like the real Shang Tsung

The key is to morph as your move/combo is finishing and it's easy and the opponent can't react. Also if you change while moving you don't have the long animation and won't get hit.

Morphing into a teleporter is so good with Shang, nearly impossible to tell who's who. Shang gets advantage with the damage buff , and even more... knowing how to play Shang you can mind fuck with them teleporting. They won't know who's who for a few seconds and as long as you're watching closely you'll get the opening pretty easy.
That's how it is in every game, you can't mess around and experiment online even if you go on the mic and kinda mess around there. Everyone is a sweaty tryhard. But it's not just MK its most games, too many people care about their online record when ultimately it doesn't matter at all, it ain't going to get you no bitches

I’m new to fighting games but I’ve been loving mk1, I play Shang mostly and once I land a solid combo as old Shang I turn young and just keep running and spamming, running away seems strong in this game, but is it bad higher up?
I didn't complain about shang but the ranked experience. People having boring playstyles running and zoning rather than playing neutral, spacing etc. Its hard to Morph and have fun when people are so sweating for points
