That is a blessing they allowed her in the community. I live in Florida and if you are not of age, they won't allow it unless you use someone else's name of age, you have connections or money talks. I too wouldn't go anywhere as well because it is quiet, and I'd feel safe in that community. Also the rent is reasonable in those communities.
I dont think its a blessing. I believe that it would be grounds for a lot of discrimination when they start to turn other young people away. People pay good money to be in an environment like that. unless theres something we are missing, I think this is pitiful
How is she able to reside there without proof of age of being a senior? What kind of board of directors allowed permission for non seniors to live in a seniors community?
Maybe she self identify as a senior citizen you can identify as anything you want now and anyone who questions you is a bigot Bruce Jenner identifys as a women Rachel dozel identify as black Elizabeth warren identify as Native American all you need to do is say identify as and it automatically makes it so you can even identify as a mermaid or a dog
55+ communities have guidelines where a small % can be/needs to be individuals under the age of 55. Shes not taking anything away from anyone and the community would not have let her in if they felt that way.
@@claireconover there is an abundance of senior communities across the US, and she is being respectful and actively being a part of the community she is in. She’s not hurting anyone by being there.

Was there no age minimum for this place? As far as I’ve seen, most lifestyle and retirement villages don’t allow you to live there until you’re 50-60 (depending on the village).
And of course she’s gonna use her privilege as a way to be tiktok famous of all things just because she knows she’s in a rare position how undeserving..?
Her parents rented there and they basically let her in despite it being against the community guidelines. Allowed it because they knew her family. I have looked at numerous 55 and older communities. I would have loved to move in any number of these communities. Beautiful apartments, gorgeous condos, half the price, and twice the space because it is a 55 and older community! Really nice! Usually this is impossible to do! Very Rare! Great Deal! Again, I would love to pay half the price for twice the space. They never would allow me, especially now, because I have a 2 year old son. It would be disappointing; viewing a spacious, beautiful condo, spacious and everything I could want. And then would see it was always 55 and older communities. I learned this is just a reality.
A lot of the elders may not see their grandchildren so she can be the supplement for those that don’t …I would use that time to learn elder care or something

I think this is pitiful. I don't agree with this at all. There is a reason those people are there, and while they have welcomed her, it's not where she belongs, and it is discriminatory.
Yeah I'm always told "life isn't really that way" or "no you're just not seeing it correctly" but these success stories do seem to always come in blonde.

Youre a f*cking bot
How many accounts do you have?
How is she able to reside there without proof of age of being a senior? What kind of board of directors allowed permission for non seniors to live in a seniors community?
They usually allow a certain small percentage to be non seniors
you didn't listen to the video, it was explained

Her parents got her in because they rent a unit down the hall
meanwhile, someone older and who actually belongs there… can’t move in.
@Goodnight Munchie 😩

any other young people dont get a fair opportunity to rent there
@Goodnight Munchie … your making every complaint a racial thing is why nobody listens to black people asking for racial fairnesses.
shame on you.

still there?
no loud idiots in the neighbourhood, i would love to live there
They have places like this ... but you'll be labeled a racist for living in them.
@Goodnight Munchie so I've heard lol
This is like that one guy or girl who lives in a low income community despite making twice or three times or more than what the other residents make.
I would live there. I don't party and I tend to get along better with older people. Plus that view...
Was there no age minimum for this place?

They let a small amount of young (over 30) live there
Privileged
If you care
Don’t.

Seems like a retirement place should be for seniors.
How is this possible!?

I was thinking about doing something like this but I don’t wanna take an opportunity from someone who needs it
But I thought you have to be over an age to live in senior housing communities 🤷♀️
These communities allow a small % to be under 55

There’s not a waiting list this isn’t an old folks home , it’s just a rich old folks neighborhood

Right. she's using her parent's name to be here
Interview a African-American resident her age and lets see...oh wait.

Senior: Give her food
Her: Helps them with tech
Me: Nice exchange/deal
At age of 30 she must be working and building her career. Not on retirement village for thise who are really retire.
Not sure how right or correct this is ?
She must be a fellow Capricorn, LOVE that quiet life!!
You think only Capricorns like a quiet life?
Im sure you can find others who have the same things in common as her so can I live there too? Or is this a blonde female thing?

Just don’t call your friends to take over. We need to have a life too sugar
As long as she paying rent and bills it doesn’t matter.
Weird
Dont a lot of elderly have to wait on a list to get into places like that?
She might be on to something.
Lol @ happy hour @ 3 o clock
I'm in my 40s and would go. I'd have dinner by 6pm and in bed by 7pm. Outside happy hour thats3my life now. Signed...a tired nurse.
What did she expect? Stick around long enough and things won’t seem so strange and those 60 will look good to her then.
Rent in a retirement community is cheaper for a reason.
Looking for that lil chunk of goldness 🤵🏼♀️ Now she has all their passwords .
Smart as hell lol
So cool!
I hope its the villages
I thought you had to be retired to live there
I also live in a retirement community!! I love it!!!
