Hi Harry 👋welcome to my home town. The numerous freight trains is due to all trains needing to go to Brisbane must utilise this line from as far away as Perth until the completion of the inland rail corridor. It's good to see the Oscar overtake the Waratah at this location. Excellent video. Well done Harry 👍 👏
Yeah, it’s quite an interesting station to film at with all the different services. I filmed at Wondabyne after I filmed this video, and got saw heaps of trains, even a Waratah was there.
@hazptmedia When I was very young, Wondabyne was and still is my favourite outer urban station. I would go there in the early morning and listen to the fish jumping and to the echo of the distant trains approaching while waiting for the tell tail twang of the rails to indicate that the train has entered the section and I would have to move off the track. I look forward to your video of this station and I hope you truly enjoyed the Wondabyne experience 😀 I suspect that the Waratah was under tow because it's rare to see one at this location.
@aussiejohn5835 Wondabyne was beautiful, I was there for four hours! Also, the Waratah was under its own power! It was so cool, also saw a D set and a bunch of other trains not going to spoil everything, video should be out in December.

For some reason there seems to be so much more freight in NSW. I filmed heaps there, more soon!
