I could listen for hours, it would be amazing to just sit there with you, have some coffee and being able to ask questions and keep listening all day 😊
Little theory / observation of mine: I believe the phrase "in time" is used, when the titans/their servants describe events in the "main timeline". Something like Canon events, showing, that the timeline still works in their favor. Just a thought, because many titan related stories begin with this phrase.
One of the problems I have with your theory is that the machine that we fight in Zarith Mortis literally created the Eternals and the primus was one of the ones we fought, which meant he was created from that machine . that does explain why they weren’t allowed there because they would’ve found out about their own creation because they didn’t know. The fact that our player character doesn’t come back and tell them is ridiculous and not realistic, we would’ve came back with all the information and they would’ve been honestly dumbstruck.
The titans always sounded better to me as the lie by omission type, rather then to lie overtly. I do think the line about 'calcified worldsoul essence' is accurate; but we have not learned the why and how. And what the ramifications are for the Arathi using crystals like them all over as a fuel source.
It mostly certainly is; The question is how/why the Titans came to conclude otherwise. It could be that the world-soul was first infused with Light, causing the Titans to mis-identify what it is. There's also the Odyn angle of "well they must not know the truth, we will order it into this". But it does not make sense that it's a fat chunk of Azerite, it very clearly did not shoot up from the core of the planet into the surface, it fell down from the sky.
because they're tricking you. the arathi gave it the name. if naaru are small crystal cores surrounded by light, how are they creating intergalactic ships? and why havent we seen anything resembling passengers and why does the ship turn void plus spawn voidwalkers?
There is also an public art from Josh Navarro (WoW senior world builder), that depicts the Hallowfall zone and the crystal has a work name "Naaru crystal".
Calcified chunks of the world soul...what if they were bits that calcified AROUND something else? For example, if, say a piece of Void got jammed in...not an Old God, but actual Void itself, the World Soul would likely protect itself by covering it with Light. And if Chaos got inserted, it would cover it with Order...
I've been considering, since we found out that Beledar is some solidification of "Azeroths essence" that the reason it shifts colour is due to the external influences on it at a give time. The black blood, and presumably the light. I believe the titan forges and/or the manifold were the titans way of infusing the light (or order) into azeroth and since so many have been damaged or destroyed that has given the void its opportunity to continue spreading. That's one theory at least. Beledar could also be some sort of natural ward that azeroth has to defend against outside forces and the darkening is the wards power failing. Either way I feel as the champions of Azeroth, we will be standing against any force that tries to manipulate azeroth for their personal gain, our end game may be to balance the cosmos on azeroths behalf 😊
Why does a World Soul sound exactly like a troll or dragon? They all evolve the same way. Whatever energy goes into it manifests what they become. Titan Energy or Elemental helped evolve the dragons and moon/ sun evolved the Elves which originate from trolls? I feel that the connection is bigger.
For Beladar i think its some sorth of spaceship we came with to azeroth and populated it... and top of the crystal is either hidden under mountain hyal or uldum pyramid.
Have you ever seen "The Eternals" from marvel? A little bit koinki dinky situation happens there, remindet me of the titans and what they do to reach there goals. The watchers/keepers from wow - Eternals from Marvel Just a thought that came to my mind.
Although the Eternals are like Titan keepers Ala Odin, the Celestials who created them are the Titans (and in the comics there are 100 eternals and they are biological beings and not robots)
I think regardless it's really obvious that the Titans' goals aren't really related to the denizens of Azeroth. There is definitely some serious questions that has to be raised to answer the continuity of it all though. I mean, unless all celestial bodies had this type of coreway to investigate the depths, then why wasn't it discovered much prior what Azeroth was. Just a lack of communication seems really strange timingwise. Is it the awakening that is important? At face value you'd think given the massive time spans that it's weird there are mysteries to eg the Titans, unless something else is going on.
Aeonar went against titans with the world tree and didn't tell about the branch...plus elune is aware of the domination magic and says nothing hmmm....love the theory tho brother
@@PazOfficial Not forgetting, I've never heard that before. Aren't they alive and well though? We saw them at the end of legion, they seemed fine to me. They had enough power to banish Sargeras again, seems kinda wishy washy to me.
@@fiarusgaming3420 your question is why weren’t they on Azeroth. The answer is that Sargeras killed them all, but a small part of their essence was left in a data cube (We learn this in Wrath). They were able to regenerate based on this tiny remnant of their souls. Then by the time we get to Legion, we find that they’re ’imprisoned’ by Sargeras. So the whole time they weren’t on Azeroth because they were basically on life support. Now that we’ve freed them, they can return - cue The Last Titan.
Imagine in last expansion we look outside on the sky ingame at night and see the 2 moon sized eyes open, the voild lord demencius or whatever his name is actualy the whole universe and was always here 🤯
I like where you’re headed with this. When you started talking about the calcified parts of Azeroth I had a thought of, “well if the titans are trying to force order on everything, couldn’t that be an essence of Azeroth that’s trying to go void but the calcifying or ordering of that chunk of essence is forcing it back to the light? Maybe the emerald dream isn’t what azeroth would be like if titans hadn’t interfered but rather if it wasn’t related to the void at all. I’ve also never been able to get over how ysera went from yellow to green, and it takes a voidy color to cause that change. I know I’m in the weeds here but I smoked earlier what can I say haha
The realm of death being ordered makes complete sense now. How they did not just come out and say this in some more blatant way to make shadowlands feel so much less out of left field.. It actually makes SL make a ton more sense to think that the titans have already conquered that realm and ordered it, as they must have done to other realms. Would this mean the titans are beings of the cosmic forces from realms that have been ordered already?
She could have calcified them herself to keep them from the Titians. Doesn't seem the Titians tell the keepers the truth either. That could be why some rebelled. Classic case of Blizzard answering a question with more questions. I know it makes more content. I think it cheapens the story.
1. Giving the Primus and even Amanthul way too much credit and power here, but the Primus seems well undeserved. There is no record or trace of the Titans in the SL, which is enough to suggest access to it may be difficult/impossible beyond clairvoyance/telepathy/astral projection. 2. Its paradoxical to consider that the 'fake ones' for lack of a better term about the beings in the fabricated reality could ever achieve greatness to any level rivaling the Power(s) of Reality as you present the idea. Do remember, you're even putting the grand Azerothian World Soul as being lesser ultimately with this option. 3. Per the Titans offering of history, there is nothing inherently evil in desiring to keep a power like Azeroth untainted by the Void and free from its clutches. If the Void is as presented, then at least this inner universe you've depicted would be eradicated and thus, it is indeed noble and good to safeguard against that. Now, this does rely on the traditional force for Good being honest, by the company that always championed the traditions of Good overcoming Evil and not a post-Game of Thrones era of no one is good bit of bs. 4. Anyone ever consider that the crystal shifts between light and void as it does due to a common sense answer? Could it be that the millennia of Old God/Black Empire taint took hold, fostered a seed within Azeroth herself and that the Titans efforts & machinery have been battling that back to infuse Light and we see that inner turmoil flex through Baledar? 5. It isn't a question of what is Azeroth's need for the calcified chunks of her essence, but if they are indeed that - how? Wounds. She's been a battleground for tens of thousands+ years... the Lady has suffered innumerable wounds beyond the obvious we know about already. 6. Is this World of AnyTheoryCraft or theorycrafting to find out the true story?
Allegory of the cave. If it’s all we know, then that’s our reality. Once we realize the light is shown to cast shadows and thus the illusion is reality, we will walk out of this cave with a new understanding on what reality is… and reality thus far has been nothing but a lie!
The idea of “trusting” the titans is dumb. Do ants not trust us? That is the equivalent of. We are the ants. Why would the titans concern themselves? They should be indifferent.

I still subscribe to the Beledar is a naaru ship theory. It perfectly fits into the naaru naming scheme, see Exodar, Genedar and so on.
Exactly. And Naarus are the only known type that switch between light and shadow like that.
@Uouttooo that's exactly what I thought too. It's like a chrysalis.
