For changing the focal point - you can use a lookup and a ramp to cycle the colors in the depth map to change the focal point. It's not perfect but it works and you can animate the phase of the ramp to move the focus around. Thanks for the tutorials!
gr8 tip. and if you set the ramp extend type to HOLD it wont cycle/loop the focal point as you try to set the focus really close or far but always hold the black values in the middle of the ramp

@@matteomartin4712 apparently mac does not support the luma blur and some function in TD
