New to Katie's videos but not new to this process. I just love the words spoken mind finding home...in the heart...a place to be safe. For many,many years I ran from life and myself...trying desperately to feel safe. I was a runner & a fighter in the extreme. I can testify as my own personal experience...I no longer have to run nor fight....because m mind is a peace in my heart.....through the process that Katie calls the work. Peace & Love To All
You can learn so much about humanity, about love, relation of all sorts, but mainly about how tricky mind is. If we allow our thoughts, to become reality, we better maintain healthy thoughts. I laughed so hard, watching two sexy , powerful human beings

Amazing work. Letting go of struggles that seems to be so incredibly difficult for me. I find myself again and again in the struggle with my mother, family and humanity. I think I had given up the struggle and then I find myself doing that again in even more roundabout ways. That is also where all the tension is in my body.
