I'm really hoping that in Six Hundred Strike, on the part of "I will get back to my wife" we get to hear his six hundred men screaming with him and chanting "Odysseus" to save him from Poseidon because even though they died, they all know Odysseus did all he could to bring them home despite everything and mourned them for many years.
I’m thinking he’s also gonna get empowered by both Athena and Hermes. Athena because of their whole rivalry, and Hermes because Jay said Odysseus breaks the sound barrier in the song.

I love how in get in the water, Poseidon starts off calm even when threatening Odysseus with drowning the entirety of Ithaca, but Ody just doesn't want to, so Poseidon progressively gets angrier. After Ody pleads to just let it go, Poseidon still holds a grudge, and of course he does not want to be commanded by a mortal, so we call back ruthlessness and instead of the calm yet deadly "Die." It was one worth 8 years of chasing and probably being ridiculed by other gods, shouting out "DIE!" And you can tell he's got a huge grudge on Ody lol

Theory for the 600 strike: We hear Aeolus theme and Zeus thunder and i believe i hear chorus like in the underworld; I think that A few gods might team up to help him, well, " 600 strike" posiedon, i think hades is gonna use the souls of his 600 men perhaps combined with a strong wind (tornado?) and zeus lightning strike would be a pretty devestating combo, plus he said its like something out of an anime and a bunch of powerful characters teaming up to help the protagonist beat a final boss when they think they have lost the battle is such an anime thing, so there ya go
That final part with the heavy electric guitar is so perfect because odysseus is past using his wit, or showing humanity. Hes just heavily determined to not even let a god stand in his way. Its the perfect boss battle music.

She tried to make the best of the literal only relationship she’s known in a CENTURY. People lose their minds in isolation to a far more severe degree than she did. The framing and tone of the song also seems to imply that there was no severe s-xual vi-lence, just that she was very flirty and tried to get with him. Which is not appropriate in real life, but in the framing of a fictional story including 100 year isolation of an immortal is not that weird.

Epic the musical does not fallow exactly same scenarios that happened in Odyssey. Like for example: Odysseus never came face to face with Poseidon. 2. He spend 1 year on Circe Island. 3. There was never cutting the sirens tails. 4. He never sacrificed his men to Scylla (the 6 torches ploy) 5. This really flipped my view on Calypso. She was trapped there for a century and just wanted a connection with the literal only person that she’d seen in a century. I’m also relieved that the song implies there was no r-word or SA, given the light tone of the subject matter discussed and the relatively peaceful tunes.
That’s kinda hard considering that we’ve only heard snippets of only 3 out of 5 songs in the Thunder saga and the other 2 have been pretty well under lock and key to the point we don’t know what the songs are called (or at least as far as I’m aware). However I think these 2 songs will focus on the Sirens and possibly Helios’s cattle.

This really flipped my view on Calypso. She was trapped there for a century and just wanted a connection with the literal only person that she’d seen in a century. I’m also relieved that the song implies there was no r-word or SA, given the light tone of the subject matter discussed and the relatively peaceful tunes.

That’s kinda hard considering that we’ve only heard snippets of only 3 out of 5 songs in the Thunder saga and the other 2 have been pretty well under lock and key to the point we don’t know what the songs are called (or at least as far as I’m aware). However I think these 2 songs will focus on the Sirens and possibly Helios’s cattle.
