"There's no formula that exists where you can casually become great", man Russ said this so casually that I almost ignored it but it's actually such an important lesson.

Really loved this episode. I didn’t know who Russ was before this episode but decided to watch anyways. really enjoyed listening to both of their perspective . There was a lot of love and admiration for one another here and the world really just needs so much more of that

I 💯 relate to this conversation- from the NEEDING to 💩 before I train to the seriousness and intention that I put into my training. People frequently comment that I look “scary” and “sngry” when I train. But it couldn’t be further from the truth. I am experiencing themost intimate and empowering part of my day. Pushing myself and giving my all is our bliss. And I can count on my training time to complete shift my mindset in badass-ery and set the tone for a 💪 💪 day ahead it just in my body but also in my mind and spirit

If you can't do it, you can't do it. Stop trying doing something you can't do.

Alex Pereira is insane, he weighs in at 185lbs on weigh in day and 24 hours he is 219lbs on fight night. Since he walks around at 230lbs naturally, he only has to lose 10lbs during fight camp.
