Hi Mark. That was a great video. Thank you for not saying loan signing agencies are bad and that we all need to do direct work. You were balanced and fair and I appreciate it.
I love to encourage going through signing services! In my course, I provide a list of my top 10 personally recommended signing agent databases and signing services you can register with, as well as an entire DIRECTORY of 300+ signing services across the nation :)
What’s the difference between NSA & LSA?
NSA (notary signing agent) and LSA (loan signing agent) are the same :)
Thank you Mark! I enjoyed today’s NNA Conference great gems... appreciate your intelligence in this Notary Lifestyle!
Can we be involved with both and see how things go and what we like best?
Absolutely! In fact i encourage all of my students to do so! it maximizes your income potential!

do you teach how to market your business and to who?
marcus Thompson absolutely! That is half of the loan signing system.
So many new signing agents usually only focus on signing service business. I teach not only how to market your self to signing services but how to bypass them as well.
I teach you EXACTLY what to say to real estate agents, escrow and mortgage officers to get there signings. so ultimately you are making 100% of the signing fee.
Whether you choose to work with signing services or directly with mortgage professionals. I'll teach you how.
Mark I just got my Notary for NY State. So if I sign up with a signing agency what is the split rate?
rahrah alexander congratulations on the commission!
How much you get paid depends on what signing service you get hired by!
The usually split rate-you keep 50-75% of the signing fee.
Or $75-$100 per file is average.
Hope this helps!
Mark - how much is your course?

Hi how do I find agencies that are looking for notary signing agents in Riverside county? I just got certified and bonded a few months ago and I still can't find anything please anything helps.
Hi Erica! Thanks for reaching out! You should definitely be able to find loan signings in Riverside County. First things first... go to my website and sign up for a membership at www.loansigningsystem.com. The first course I give out for free is how to get loan signings. You'll learn exactly what to do to have people calling you. Then, I'd encourage you to learn how to become a signing expert by taking my course. If you get courses #1 and #2, you'll learn how to do a perfect loan signing as well as how to get loan signings from signing services as well as local escrow offices. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I'm looking forward to helping you become a top loan signing agent!
I'm in Riverside as well and I am thinking about doing this. I'm curious if she found work. I would be willing to travel to Orange county, do you guarantee people will find work if they take your course?
if you don't have a vehicle it's a waste of money to even go into this field right?
Victoria villalobos hi Victoria!! Unfortunately yes, having transportation is key in being a mobile notary signing agent.
I have heard of some signing agents that use Uber to get to appts, but that cost will cut into your profit. It is definitely an option tho!
okay thank you very much I'm glad I didn't waste my time I appreciate it.
@@victoriavillalobos1718 You should get a vehicle so you can do this.
It seems that having a vehicle is required for this type of occupation.
That's correct. Unless you live in an urban environment like San Francisco, you'll generally need a vehicle.
Hi Mark: I was watching another video that talked about multiple streams of income as a notary. what's the up side to offer services other than direct sales, such as wills, power of attorney and other estate documents?
Yakima Coles the other streams aren't worth your time. Loan signings if where you need to focus your time and energy
Mark Wills : is this a business I want to file as an s-corp and draw a salary from to protect my profits and earnings, given my potential income is 100k a year?
Do you show your students how to get commercial signings? Like NNN contact sales & not just the single family loans?
