know this is old but for people who randomly see this if u dont want to waste gold get homes close to wayshrine and use those. it may take a little more time but you save a ton of gold.
Just teleport to any online player in your guild, places you to the closest wayshrine to them, for free. Then you use that wayshrine to go where you need to go

This was the first attempt on this toon, but I tried 2 times on other toons and then decided to go a 3rd time with this toon. Best of lucks on getting the lead!
@@k1blitzdna26 Make sure you are clicking "Have any equipment today option" and nothing else. I didnt put any skill point on the green tree for that but I did the quest on 3 toons. My advice is to get as many characters leveled (remember you can get it in less than 1 hour so its not that bad vs other grinding). With 3-5 toons your chances are extremely high. Best luck!
I know... make sure you do it in multiple toons. I got it on my 3rd toon but I did tried a few times on the other two. For another Mythical I just did 60 tries... best luck

please use reshade ur missing out i dont like the normal looking eso it wont even effect ur fps i dont know why not all is using reshade
