- Trying to prove a flat earth
Scale drawing of the distances between Thurstaston (height of 298ft) to Red Screes (height 2446ft and 77.6miles away)
With Blackpool Tower between (height 420ft and distance 32.3miles)
Comparing to video posted of the reality by Sleeping Warrior.

Creative use of a spreadsheet!
Thank you
It’s a good way of drawing things to scale
@@problemchild1976 But it in no way reflects what we see in reality!
Thanks Bob.
For what exactly?
A side on diagram that in no way reflects reality!
Yer... thanks a million Bob! 🤣😂🤣😂
@@RobH. Instead of just claiming it's wrong, how about you provide the correct data?
@@A15degreeperhourdrift Naah, can't be bothered teaching religious zealots of heliocentrism, just enjoy pointing out their stupidity 😂😂
@@RobH. I'll take that as meaning you don't have any alternative, you just disagree because reasons. 1st page of the flerfers handbook.
@@A15degreeperhourdrift you can take however you like!
You are an absolute fool if you think an autographic side on model in any way reflects reality of what we actually see!
Rob H. Never said it was. But there would have to be some bloomin complex changes in the light from the mountain that don’t affect the light from the tower to bring the mountain down that far so it’s lower than the tower
Please explain how the mountain can be reduced in height by that much
@@problemchild1976Seriously, if you need it explaining to you, I will first tell you that the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus don't exist! I realise this will be a shock to you, so when you have recovered enough, we'll go onto the topic of perspective!
Rob H. You are 100% correct that this isn’t what we see because the earth isn’t flat. Sorry to burst that bubble :)
On a flat model the horizon raises to the eye line whereas on a globe model it drops away.
Why do flat earthers show an out of scale argument where the mountain is 1/10th of the way around the earth and 5000km high to prove things?
Rob H. How comes perspective doesn’t work on the sun as it moves away and stays the same size?
