Just had a burnout working late and not being able to find time for art made it worse. i was looking for a video like this to put things in perspective, guess i ll start with proper rest before going back to drawing.thanks for making this video❤
Love your tips! One thing that I am doing that has help me remain productive is I am currently working on a Children’s Picture book. It not only gives me a long term goal for finishing the book but there are a lot of design goals that constantly keep me thinking about the next step so I never have to sit and ponder what it is I should be doing. It has actually sharpened my creative thought process a great deal even when I have had a long work day! Your sketches definitely lend well to a children’s book esthetic! Maybe you would get a lot out of it! Just a thought! Love your channel!

@@anabellstudio I also love children’s books because the art can be completely unique from one book to the next. I love picking up older children’s books as well as newer ones. They have different design qualities to them a lot in part to the mediums that were used. Being an illustrator was a self imposed title based on how I see my body of work. I’m sure whatever you decide to do will be great! I hope to see more!
