Thank you so much for the video! But also make a video and talk about gesso, how to make your own and cheaper. It shall be intressting whatever you say
How are you storing and disposing of your oil soaked paper towels that may or may not also include medium? I'm still doing my research before making a purchase. People on reddit are saying to buy a metal fire proof waste bin or store the oily paper towels in a metal bin that has water in it, but that could be a mold risk too. Some on reddit say that you even have to dispose of the oily paper towels with hazardous waste. If it was me i would just bring them to the trash every week, but if they have medium all over them along with oil that could be different. I know that I go through a lot of paper towel when I gouache paint, but its spotty and not covering the whole piece.
To be honest, my paper towels are completely drenched with water by the time I’m done, so I just collect them, put them in a bag and tie it up so they stay moist. It should be pretty safe to dispose of them that way.

Thank you for the idea! I’m filming a video now where I stretch my own canvas, so that would also be nice to cover :)
Very useful and informative. Thank you 😊
Thank you, glad you found it helpful!
