Good information here to understand what it takes to start up. I would disagree with the business plan. In my experience as a business owner, the thinking about the business is valuable though often times it then gets put in a binder and begins collecting dust. It's the monthly/quarterly/annually review of the KPIs where the real value lies.

I’ve started the process, but some of the stuff you’ve mentioned I haven’t done. I opened an LLC not a PLLC I spoke to another MedSpa owner and they said it didn’t have to be PLLC. Now I’m regretting that. What do I do? I’m in the very beginning of all this I’ve just incorporated and now getting ready to get my certs but I want to be NY compliant. I don’t have a lot of money which is why I didn’t retain a lawyer at the very beginning.. ugh 😩
