Thanks for the video Adam. It was really interesting to the flip side, especially coming from someone who has been there and done that. Awaiting more videos from you.
I get what you mean about location, there's a graduate scheme that looks really good at a great company but it's in a location that I wouldn't voluntarily move to if I wasn't considering this job (it's in a town and I very much prefer city life). Thank you for your video, it was really helpful!
GOOD question! I actually touch on this in my video that's going live this afternoon (4pm UK time!). You can always quit, like any job. You're best to stick it through to the end however a couple of people on my scheme left after 1 year to go travel/start another graduate scheme that was better suited for them. So yes, there's no contractual obligations to see a scheme through, you can leave at any time.
Hope you enjoy getting an insight into life on a graduate scheme!

Can you talk about how bonuses work on a grad scheme and how they work the higher you go up
Thanks for the suggestion, that's a good idea! There are lots of bonuses you can get from joining bonuses to performance based ones.
Can I quit my graduate scheme if i do not like it?
Well, of course - you can quit it just like any job. Slavery has been abolished.🙂

I just feel bad because they pay for all those trainings just to see me quit and not finishing the scheme.
Yes, of course, and never feel guilty about it if it didn't suit you.
