Don’t compare was definitely the words I needed today. Whew because social media will have you thinking you are behind when you are clearly on His time. Your journey is yours alone. It always work out for your good according to His plan. I’m so glad His purpose for me is unlike anything I could imagine. 🙏🏾
"Accepting the desire is accepting the timing." I needed that reminder. I'm in a similar season, and wow. But by God's grace, I feel better equipped this time around. I feel both farther and closer to God, and He just told me it's because He’s changing our relationship.
Sis! For chin hair I did laser hair removal at Milan Laser! Once a week/every other week, I use the eyebrow razors to shave peach fuzz from my entire face. But the cool thing with lasering is I can go back at any point for touch ups since hair is hormonal.
Yes, laser treatments work, and it actually makes the hairs thinner and less noticeable and soft to the touch.

I sell furniture for a living, and I always tell my customers your mattress is extremely important and it is worth splurging on.. as far as a sofa it gets a lot of wear and tear so it is important to invest in that as well..
That runners high is no joke or even just a cardio high in general. I go to the gym daily at 5am and I didn’t really feel like going this morning. Like I was up but I just didn’t feel like it and I had low energy. I got my butt to the gym and I did 25 minutes on the stairmaster and I felt AMAZING! It’s hard to believe that 30 minutes before I was so ugh with exercising. It’s like the saying that no one ever regrets working out and it’s so true. The endorphins that goes through the body after working out, the sense of accomplishment is unmatched. I also use my gym time to listen to worship music, listen to sermons, and to pray, and just really be with the Lord as I move my body.

I love jogging and talking to God! It’s like while I’m taking care of my body gave me he is also ministering to me at the same time. I always feel like I’m so different than everyone I know because I see God in everything and they don’t lol. But watching you I don’t feel alone. I feel even closer to God because I know he allowed me to find through UA-cam. It’s crazy how connected I feel to you. Thank you for this. I've been so fatigued, anxious, sad, and irritated and don't really know how I was stronger just a few months ago. Sis, about the poodle . I’m learning as I lean into the Father that his grace IS sufficient enough to cover ALL our choices. He knows us well! You may not have been led to buy her and he’s still using her to be a source of comfort and keep you moving during this season . He is such a good Father! I’m glad you didn’t immediately get rid of her.

This video was really a blessing! I've been going through spiritual warfare (but didn't recognize it) until now. For the last few weeks I've just been tired, random crying and overall feeling discouraged. I knew something was going on because I've been walking with God and praying faithfully, reading my bible, stopped drinking heavily etc. The devil has really been trying it, but the battle has already been won. Deuteronomy 20:4 "For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory" Thank you for sharing your journey with us ❤
We must be gaining ground lil sis, because satan is definitely coming for us. But, if God be for us He is more than the world against us. In my battle, the Lord reminded me to take those thoughts captive and stop letting them roam about in my mind, use the Word, and stay suited up in His armor. You are not alone. Thanks for being transparent and sharing. You are so right with the comparing thing. We can’t get caught up in comparing ourselves to others. We have no idea of how they have gotten to be where they are. Half the people who post things are not being real. We have to know that we ALL have a story and God has written them all differently. Whew! Hang in there. Spiritual warfare is real, but you’ve got this. It’s hard climb out of holes, but again…you’ve got this and God has you. Oh, how he loves us so much! I’ve got about 20 years or so on you in age, but I’m always encouraged here. 😊Keep the content coming. 😊💕

Hey lady! For you chin hair concerns Laser is an option but often requires touch ups over time. If you are looking for more permanent results I would HIGHLY recommend Electrolysis Hair Removal. The procedure specifically cuts off the blood supply to the hair follicle (via an electrical current) preventing the hair from coming back. Certainly do your research to determine which option is best for you.

So glad you mentioned taking a break from the routine to care for your heart. E.g taking a break at gym and stuff. I use to be such a fitness and health queen but since I moved out the city I was living in, I’ve honestly been struggling to find my footing and I’ve seen the changes in my body. But like you said “I know what I’m capable of”.
I’ve just been isolated kind of, and God has been teaching me and moulding me in this season.
So inspired though to get up again and find ways to move my body again because I know that’s also so important ♥️

I hardly ever comment but this was needed going through the same thing fatigue idleness laying in the bed all day not doing the things I used to do like nature walks with God or picnics with God working out etc. I am definitely going through the same thing.

19:13 I use to feel the same way when it came to my vlogs I compared them so much to people that had been doing it for awhile & always thought I was doing something wrong or they weren’t good enough. I’ve never felt this way in my life. I guess it was just the idea of it being so public

I get I guess you could say “depressed” and all I want to do is sleep, lay around, and feel miserable. I have no desire to do anything and I get apathetic. I go through cycles where I am great, on my routine, getting up early, in my Word, in my prayer corner, working out, then I go back into my darker season of laziness and periods where I don’t even speak to God and I’m in complete silence… and I’m praying that the Lord help me break those cycles. Any good scripture/ books/ music you’d recommend in these times?

I feel like as a homebody my couch is a big deal. If it's for reading, drinking a nice hot tea, or hosting a small get together. I think $2000 is my limit. I also would prefer something that is not a lot of pieces because that's a lot of maintenance to tend to for spending a good amount of coins :)

My financial analysts warn of an upcoming recession. For me, no more spending except on what i need. Lost 11 lbs so i have to size down & buy more pants. They waistline has trimmed, I'm constantly pulling pants up. Increasing use of *tumeric* has def gotten rid of the visceral belly fat, along w/ *cinnamon in coffee* & upping steak (quality beef to 1-2x week). LESS DAIRY causes inflammation
