    How the hell are you supposed to measure it though? Do I put a chicken breast on the palm of my hand to see if it's the same size?

      This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about "protein in chicken per 100g" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Giyatthew Vanharlotte Release - (search on google )? It is a great one of a kind product for building body strength minus the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my work colleague at last got amazing results with it.

      Thanks for the Video! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you considered - Chireetler Deepest Relaxation Rule (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning to grow muscle fast minus the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my buddy got astronomical success with it.

      When someone uses their hand to measure food portions it’s going to be a rough estimate and can be a good starting point. If you have a kitchen scale you could put food that you’ve measured using your hand first to see how close it is and then adjust it accordingly.

      Nice Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you thought about - Chireetler Deepest Relaxation Rule (probably on Google)?     So if you are eating 3x a day, then you should multiply these portions by 3 to get your daily portions?
    And, if you multiplied these portions by 3 does that go over the nutritional recommend amount?

      Arene, you would not exceed the number of recommended servings per day.
      It is recommended to have:
      6-8 servings of grains
      2-3 servings of meat
      3-5 servings of vegetables
      3-5 servings of fruit
      2-3 servings of dairy
      2-3 serving of fat/oils

      @@CHIHealth In a Mediterrean Diet (one of the most healthiest regional diets in the world) is:
      3-5 servings of grains
      1-2 servings of poutry or seafood
      3-4 servings of vegetables
      2-3 servings of fruits
      1-2 servings of dairy
      3-4 servings of vegetable oils (fat included)
      0-1 servings of sweet and red meat (per week)
      All that is for a 2000kcal diet. As far as I know, usually, the numbers of portions in US is bigger because of policy from 1990s which had interference from many lobbies of different food industry companies.
      I, who am not a american, would have a hard time trying to eat all that in one day.

    Or just eat your specie specific diet and you don't need to measure your food portions. Go frutarian but for the live of God eat ripe fruit only.
