Yay! Super excited for the online stuff coming soon! Yasss! Touching base with returning clients is soo important. Fills are your bread and butter and if your client isn’t satisfied, you’ll likely lose them. Simply saying “Hey, how was was your lashes? Anything you wanna change up?” Really goes a long way. It makes your client feel appreciated and they’ll return happy every single time!

Yes! I noticed my retention of clients change dramatically just asking simple questions if they want changes to their sets and they love it.

how can i do the waiver thing with canva ?
That’s so true about the 3 day policy!! I tell all my clients that after every appointment and even say it two or 3 more times before they leave. They still text me and say “I thought it was free touchup” after 1 week !!!!! 😩😩😩 so frustrating
Nancy Kazzi they always try to find a way to get around it. We post it everywhere and have it in our waiver so they can’t say they didn’t see it lol
Can you please create a video on how to make online waivers and have them sign it??
Nancy Kazzi we’ll keep that in mind for sure ❤️ we found a program that creates it and we keep an iPad at the front for them to review and sign. We use to use paper waivers and recently just switched. Paper waiver are just as good and you can list all of your policies and just have them sign off on them 💕

Lauren Thomas we use booker and Frederick. They don’t come together I don’t think so if you have a different booking site you still may be able to add Frederick to it 💕

Hi guys, loved this episode. Would you guys be willing to share your waiver form template? I'm in the process of creating these forms for my business but would be super grateful for any help.
Analisa Young we use a program Im not sure if the name of it off the top of my head but we use a program to run through the iPad ❤️ before that we used a paper waiver with all of our policies listed ❤️

So you guys are always saying done be afraid to give stuff away, and I have wholeheartedly listened to all of your advice!!! So at what point do you say ok girl... YOU are picking lol like at what point do you say girl your paying for a full set this time! I’m struggling with this, but I always advise them regardless of what’s going on you get 60 minutes for a fill and that’s it for their price... so should I just keep doing this... or what? Lol
Sarah Shepard it’s always hard breaking the barrier of what you were doing before. You just gotta to put some policies in place. Sometimes posting or placing your policies in front them especially if they haven’t been posted in a while helps. They’ll ask you questions like oh I didn’t know this or I didn’t know that, then you can go in an explain the policies and start charging those full set to the girls trying to get by or get to those girls who are picking and tell them why they shouldn’t. And don’t be afraid to make new policies, don’t make work hard on yourself your time is worth it ❤️
