Hello am new to your channel as I have inclined towards ayurveda & as per my doctors advice following Satvik food coz am pitta dominant but was in depression after Ayurvedic doc told me to eat all bland food no masala including in food he said Satvik means only boiled vegetables bland dal curry roti chapati and fruits I didn’t knew that we can have everything in Satvik Can u pls throw some light on this as it’s confusing as your recipes are so nice so that I can follow
If you follow all the steps shown here as it is, it will not be stick at all and would come out just perfect as similar to soaked results 😊👍🏻 Important step is at 02:40 Minutes which comes after we do pressure-cook. Note: Stickiness also depends on quality of Sabudana.
