This aria has an orchestral introduction of approximately 2 minutes. However, the young soprano started singing the aria at 0:37. Someone could explain? By the way, excellent interpretation of this difficult aria. BRAVO!

This is one of the most constricted voices I've heard. No depth or warmth. Underdeveloped chest, and no girare, just pushing mixed voice. Don't you see how hard her neck muscles are working. Those are supposed to be inactive in a well supported voice.
This is a real killer of an aria that has defeated more experienced singers than Adamski. Your assessment of her voice is spot on. My neck and throat hurt in sympathy.
It’s difficult. The voice is a sort of paler boyish soprano core tone that is just nature. The range is clearly a true coloratura. The placement & air pressure are problematic. There is an excess of “ih” in the sound and the placement should be more horizontal wide versus this aggressive vertical braying. Which she has done in other videos 6 years ago. The latter does nothing for the sound but create a paler oversung tone and warbly effect over G. Go wider mouth and open vowels clearer without opening the mouth too far. Do it inside more let things spin. Needs more soft palate involvement and less pushing on the air. Less straight tone effect as well that does nothing for this voice. That said, lots of gorgeous qualities with potential for lovely rep. Working on Nanetta and some bel canto may help work out the kinks.
