Need to update to use an App that reauires iOS 13.0 and higher.

Update: I was able to have iOS 13.xx installed without all my apps, photo, and other data getting wiped out. Loving the new features. Going to update to 14.xx soon

Same here keeps saying estimated time remaining but never shows the actual time remaining and it started downloading 16. .7.8
