I need to know the picking technique in 2:24, can't keep up with the speed. Can anybody help me?
It's alternate picking. Always start slow, and a metronome would help to keep time.
@@Ivanthe17th But it seems like when you switch between strings you always start with a downstroke. Is it still considered as alternate picking?

That part is a gallop, it's alternating "DUD" so yeah it's alternate picking.
Would you share any insights on amps/speakers to dial such tone?
It sounds 99% like the original from the album, the freq curve follows Unsainted stem one pretty much so I think you have some pretty good tonematching there. I’m trying myself, even hacking it with Fabfilter but very limited results. I’m getting pretty close with Uberschall and Mesa Mark IV + JJ IR, but still missing some fine details over 5khz.
I use Pro-Q all the time for tone matching, I was using Unsainted stem and Nero Forte intro as the input in order to get better result. As for the amps, it's Helix Native Cali Rectifier/Revv Purple with Teemah in front of the amp and V30 IR.

Я использую Helix Native в качестве основного гитарного тона, и я добавил EQ, чтобы сделать его ближе к тону альбома.

IÄ,m a bit late to the party, could some one help me with the "fast part"/double bass part of the song? I play it on two strings, when I play them fast, I always hit the thiner string on my way back, what can I do against that?
Take it easy, practice at slower speed then gradually speed up.
@@Ivanthe17th Thanks for the tip, it seems obvious but I didn't gradually speed up, I was practicing either at half speed or full speed, this really helped.
I really like your attention to details such as the tiny slides in this part as well(haven't seen any other cover doing it)! Your channel is a gold mine!
