I own this same A4 Gentry. Let me say this bike it’s a great value. This is an ok review but it could have been better. First, the finish of this Aipas brand, paint wise it’s slick and the aluminum body with minimal soldering points really make this bike stand out, it feels solid but light. The back rack it’s soldered to the body, not bolted, making it super sturdy. Also this bike comes at 55lbs without the battery and that it’s hard to beat and to find, most foldable e-bikes are up of 65-70 lbs, your back will love this ebike. The bike do come with mechanical disk brakes but it’s rotors are 180mm. Would hydraulics brakes been better? Sure, but that would bumped the price of the bike at least $150-$200. The motor it’s really 750watts CONTINUOUS, and they peak at 1000 watts. To be fair most all e-bike brands market the peak wattage not the continuous. One last thing, it’s a shame the driver didn’t unlocked the max speed to 28mph which this bike is capable and place it as a class 3 if the owner wants to. Unlocked this bike shines and has wayyyy more power, usually reaches 30mph and it would have eaten up that little hill test. Lastly Aipas usually have deals where you can get this bike at right at $700…honestly it’s hard to beat at that price in my opinion.

This would be a good trunk bike, maybe a good short distance commuter like a last mile bike.... My Mrs would probably love this thing. 😁👍
