      Value for money it definitely is.. main things for anyone is gunfit. So if you had a longtborne worth 1 billions doesn't make you a better shot than a £50 that's fits..but as value for money there is no grade 5 20bore with that case that package for less than 2k so it actually is

    After watching your reviews and others, I bought a 12 ga Yildiz Pro with 32 inch barrels. Two months later I bought another with the silver receiver. When I saw a 20 ga Pro with 32" barrels and absolutely stunning wood, I bought that too. (I've since sold my two Beretta 682's and two SKB Sporting.) I love all three for their quality, balance and overall handling, but the 20 ga is my favorite. Everyone who has shot it has been very impressed. Unfortunately, here in the U.S., a new Yildiz Pro retails for $3,950 or £3,129.29.
    Thanks for your great videos.

    A good overall 20 bore full size for an all around shotgun. My all around shotgun is a 725 Feather 12 gauge with 26 inch barrels using blackened stainless steel ported extended chokes in improved cylinder and improved modified from Trulock. Weighs 6 pounds and 7 ounces unloaded.

    unfortunatley the gun trade is dead on its feet in the UK, some real massive innovation would have to take place to even prompt any shred of interest..... theres were some STUNNING pieces in the holts auction last month.... for peanuts

      Apart from using different materials there’s not much more anyone can do with regard shotgun design. So the trade competes on “price” rather than price. I can’t think of what you would replace a shotgun with to shoot Clays or live birds?

    The same gun he has reviewed what like 15 times now, i love the pro series, its a less finished mx12 for peanuts, but Florent is just a used car salesman pushing brands down your throat. Living in Jonnys shadow

    I have a725 Browning 20 bore with 32" barrels and alot cheaper
    The proformance is better with a better trigger too.
    Do a Browning vs Yildiz 20 bores see whom comes to the top?

      @TSCTheshootingchannel I believe in Browning's ,great triggers,custom barrels,such balance between the hands and will last a life time that's a Browning but I do like Yildiz but don't own one yet.

    Genuine question. How can a gun be ‘the best’ for high pheasants and long range crossers? Surely it’s the cartridge/choke combo…in any gun?

    no matter how good yildiz is every turkish crap tube I’ve ever touched felt like garbage, so, why would I waste my time with them on a chance they’d be different?

    • @colt10mmsecurity68
      @colt10mmsecurity68 7 місяців тому

      Exactly! Same goes for Turkish handguns. The Canik is crap, yet people seem to love them. But they more than likely think of Harbor Freight tools as being high quality too. 😂

    For a plain, matt finished, black receiver, why did they waste grade III/IV walnut when grade I would work? Nice, yes. Extra value, no.

    Bought a Yildiz sbs 410 brand new a few years ago, first time out it scraped brass off the cartridge heads, took it back to the shop four days later for a refund, it was rubbish.

      No longevity in these Turkish guns , if they work faultlessly out off the box new , it's a bonus , otherwise start giving it a regular club shooting workout & the poor metallurgy will soon become evident ,Yilditz is good looking rubbish.

    The quality control on most of the Turkish stuff let's them down, a friend bought a Yildiz pro cuz a couple of his mates had them and he shot with their guns quite well, when his own arrived his shooting went downhill, basically couldn't hit stuff with it....his mates who owned the same gun and shot their own guns well couldn't hit with it, the cause had to be the alignment of the barrels, when he patterned it or rather point of impact tested it, the results were truly awful, the gun is long gone now yet a couple of his friends seem happy with their own getting good results from the same model. Quality guns are becoming very difficult to sell on the second hand market....lesser quality guns, almost impossible at the moment, with the ridiculous price of shells I can only see the situation getting worse, target shooting with a shotgun is in rapid decline.

  • @brudford
    @brudford 7 місяців тому

    I think the Turks have really improved on their quality of their shotguns in the last few years , guns made in Turkey , SKB, CZ, Tristar etc... Living here in Western PA probably only second to Ohio as the Trap shooting capital of the US and we now have a ton of Sporting clay courses as well. When you have a shotgun that has made in Turkey stamped on the barrel guys just laugh a little . We do not laugh at German, English or Italian guns . My Browning CXS with the white receiver in 20 gauge would make that Yildiz look and shoot like a toy.

    A lot of your stuff is cool but as an American maybe a bit confusing. You say it's the best 20 ga but then caveat that it's the best 20 ga at things you wouldn't choose a 20 ga for. So it's the best 12 ga that's a 20 ga😂. It's such a great 20 ga because it weighs like a 12😅😅
