When using a Quest 3 with no additional trackers, should I just use the default ticked trackers in the Body Tracking Configurator? Or what would happen if I tick for example "Head Joint, Neck Joint, Spine Lower joint"? I guess they will just be added and also estimated like the legs?
@@LunchAndVR is steam link like virtual desktop where it allows you to emulate your desktop to your headset or is it a separate app? Cause if it doesn’t emulate your desktop i don’t think it’d allow you to
Hello, When I connect Meta Quest 3 to PC, Hands tracking not working at all and only works with Controllers, So I cannot do any interaction via hands in PCVR in desktop, Unreal Engine, etc, all settings I read across internet are active and configured but immediately when I do Meta Link only works with Controllers, What should I do? I use Windows 11, Meta Quest 3
How did you manage to get your fingers to spread? I can't. It just works like a typical index knuckles. Also anyone know how to make VD not laggy or choppy? It's totally unplayable. I have no issues with my Quest, Air and Steam Link.
@@LunchAndVR wait a tic! that yeah, youre the guy that said we can spread our finggies. unsure why vrchat doesnt work? since quest 3 controllers can. and it did work! for a bit earlier. then it stopped working.
I really enjoyed figuring this out and got it working for the most part. @LunchAndVR I just have one question. Why is my STEAM VR not centering to my height correctly? I've reset the headset QUEST 3, restarted my computer, recentered within Steam VR, seems none of those options fix and recenter my height correctly. The height seems to always be pretty way off, hand tracking works fine. Is it because of the enable full body tracking option is on within Virtual Desktop? Should it be turned off? Is it possible just to use the hand tracking without the full body option enabled?

So if I get virtual desktop on my quest can I still use stuff for full body tracking on my steam vr?
