It is extremely interesting 🤔 Home prices are increasing even tho the mortgage rates decreased. Also most conventional loans require 20% down. I'd NEVER invest in a home this old 😩. New construction within swim/tennis community is great for families. To each his own

Because I lived in the floods in Nebraska in 2019. Thank God our house got no water it came up on the driveway. What are the taxes in West Virginia. The colonial you should first has no garage, here in Nebraska 96% has garages.
You are correct. We do however have many homes that have garages of all sizes. Like basements, some buyers don't care while it is a "must have" for others.
