Gunmetal Gray Max lol that’s the color of the appliances 🙂👍🏻 That’s one beautiful home!! That studio space would actually be good for rental income as well. They could also easily turn that half bath into a 3 qtr bath with a stand up shower when they’re adding the kitchenette there. Just an idea!!

You are absolutely correct. There are a bunch of people locally that boos their income with temporary or rental housing.
