- Happy new week in Kampala! Tried out a new restaurant with steak! - Aldea in Kololo. Went to my second ever wedding launch and it was so much fun, they're pretty much Jack & Jills, if you know. Then attended a Disney screening of Iwaju which was a great cartoon on Disney+, family friendly which I love.
Have you guys checked out Aldea? I personally love how many new cute spots are popping up for us!

I really like the purple dress you wore to the Iwaju event. Whoever Rose is I like her work based on the purple dress she made for you. You should pin Rose's link to her page in your comments section for this video. Onto Iwaju, I like the Iwaju series, Disney animated series. What the Iwaju co-creator and co-founder of Kugali Media, Hamid Ibrahim said and what you said about Uganda's media is true. I'm glad Hamid called out Uganda's media houses because they always have excuses and they were trying to make it seem like he didn't try hard enough to reach out to Uganda media houses.
This part !!! They really made it seem like he didn’t put in the leg work or know the right connections (which he cultivated even before this came out). A whole lotta excuses then the final “well things in Uganda work different”. 😒 this is why we don’t friggen move !

Interesting vlog. Certainly cannot stand the UG way of doing things that everybody expects you to nonchalantly adapt to.
I also agree with what you said about Uganda because a lot of Uganda's way of doing things is archaic which slows down or halts progress.
