Gary is a gift to humanity. He communicates what I have been screaming about for 50 years that all the body really needs is nutrients and good wholesome food. Now he brings forward the missing link to why we weren’t assimilating the nutrients we are getting. Add to this a deficient and outdated medical system that takes us further away from the true health that is our birthright. We are finally coming out of the darkness and it’s so reassuring to know that there is hope to seeing people live the vital lives that they deserve. Thank you both for having this amazing discussion.

Cyanocobalamin is used in Europe. After learning about the damage it does I checked all the supplaments at home and they all contained the synthetic version of B12 - Including the children's multivitamins, which I've been given my kids for years. After I tried to replace the supplaments I found that it was impossible to find multivitamins containing the natural form of B12. I now buy Methylcobalamin separately and I stopped using multivitamins.

Hi, i've been looking for vitamin sprays the last few days and coincidentally stumbled across this podcast! Glad I did, very interesting. Fortunately, the multi vitamin B complex one i've found doesn't contain the synthetic version. It's by Nature's Aid if you're interested. I'd shop around though as the price varies! I did notice some sprays specifically for kids, but didn't read what types of vitamins used in those, you'd hope the non~synthetic ones as well though!

Very interesting, BUT, there’s also a cheaper and more accurate way to test for whether MTHFR variations are causing disease. Simply check the levels of homocysteine in the blood. If levels are high, one can react appropriately. If homocysteine levels are normal - even if there is an MTHFR variation - then nothing needs to be done clinically. In other words, the homocysteine levels determine our actions, not the MTHFR test results. I'm interested to hear from @garybrecka on this and am open to his feedback.

I spent $12k for three PRP injections into my knee after ACL and micro fracture surgery in 2011. Most micro fracture surgeries dont last long. I'm 13 years post op and my knee feels fine.

Sorry, but grain is not sprayed with Folic Acid. The Folic Acid is added when the grain is processed. Mill your own grain and you will be fine. I test my gains, i know. BTW, that is not the only issue with processed grains .......

Only 132k views in 3 months? Seems like this is being censored. Gary is teaching people stuff big pharma doesn’t want you to hear. I have started on a new health journey because of Dana and Gary and I’m feeling better than ever.

Gary uses the real terms for everything and many people will get confused by chemistry and lose interest, but we all need this information.

It's a shame there can't be a list here of the things he talks about at the end. As in the stuff in his instagram. I don't have it & don't want it. It should just be available somewhere besides there.
Much of this sounds really great, but I'm bummed to find my reverse-osmosis system was third on his list for the water!

I have taken this test just recently. I am looking forward to my report and recommendations. I took the 10X Precision DNA test, which is simple, a sample saliva kit. Awaiting results to implement life changes !

Carbohydrates are SO important that the body doesn’t leave it to you. The body says: if you don’t get carbohydrates, I will make them on my own!!!! So, we will survive!!!
It’s THAT important. it is„essential“ . If the body is able to make carbohydrates out of another thing, like Protein, it is a survival mechanism! It is not out of boredom …it depends so much on it, that it has taken it into his own hands. THE BODY IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!
