Same here, but it wasn’t my first cod game. For me, multiplayer never had glitches/bugs at all, the campaign was great, I also don’t understand the hate it got. I still play it to this day because I love it so much.
You need to play D-Day on CoD 2. That game had a great sound design. This game needed a new sound design. More billets flying and the sound to back it up would’ve fixed a lot of the issues

It's probably because the amount of black people who actually fought was absolutely tiny compared to white and other races like Hispanic. Black people did fight, just in very small numbers as they were not normally given front line roles. Also Americans were very racist at this time so mixing races was a big no no, there's a story about a bunch of white Brits beating up a group of white American soldiers because they were being racist to a black person, saying he wasn't allowed in a pub with white people.
@oneenglishbastard87 still doesn't detract from the fact we still fought on every front of the war and damn near every battle. Even in the Pacific as Marines black soldiers were fighting the Japanese island to island. Yet there are very little shows games or even documentaries talking about them. There are people who till this day! Still believe there were 0 black people on the front lines. And that's what I feel many are angry about.
That part where you have to go and get the little girl is tricky getting her back to safety ,but very thoughtful developers putting that ingame ,saving civilians is always a risky job in middle of battles
The sewage systems in these large cities like Aachen made it extremely efficient for setting up ambushes. It’s no wonder it seemed like the enemy kept coming and coming
Love this game ,this level really close design of city of Aachen nice tank level too ,it took me several tries to defeat panzer iv and tiger tank scaring me a lot
I’d still say ea did better on battlefield for the wars. I’d like to say I’m a cod fan but honestly haven’t liked anything else after mw 1. Besides the mw campaigns. But battlefield 1 and 5 is just different in many different ways

Well stabbed in Normandy returned in cobra which took place several weeks after and for the POW part is late in the game like “Ambush”
