Hey Everyone, I hope you enjoy this weeks video! I am always intrigued by developers ability to maximize space on a small lot. This neighborhood is characterized by small lots since its in such a desirable location. This house manages to fit in three levels of interior space which I thought was really cool. Let me know how you like the house and how you would save space!
My new hobby is to watch videos on this channel. Now I get a lot of recommendations every day for other real estate channels and I’m like “nah you ain’t Enes, not watching”😂
As an architect in training, I really appreciate Enes's eye for detail. He does a great job of explaining the architectural elements of a design in a way that is easily digestible. Such an inspiration!
As an architect in training, please be mindful of the practical aspects of your design. All I could think about with that lowered rectangle in the kitchen ceiling and the ledges along the wall below the basement ceiling is 'what effort it will be to keep those dusted'. Stupid.

What makes Enes’ house tour the finest in UA-cam is his calm demeanor and added with some substantial conversation. He talks in a normal pace as if he is giving you a tour of his mansion. 😊 Others mostly feel like they are selling you the house and putting up a false excitement.
I love how the small space was utilized to the maximum making the home feel huge. My favorite feature of the home is the staircase open risers and railings. They look amazing in the home.
Dude, gotta say; I’ve been in lockdown since March here in Melbourne Australia and your videos have been one of the only things that get me excited each week. As something to look forward to. Hi Mr Yilmazer: the metal bracket finish in the shelves is to prevent the bending when the shelves are long like those; prevention with good aesthetics. Then you have some design features like the Barcelona chairs and the Weslinton light among others.
Your attention to detail as we tour this amazing house is second to none...thank you for teaching us how to pay attention to even the smallest details....
Another great video Enes with tons of information and details, as usual in all your videos. No real estate agent does it like you Enes and this is one of the reasons I love your videos. Beautiful home both exterior and interior. Every single space is used wisely. I love all the different angles in this home. Beautiful luxurious materials like the marble in the bathrooms, the natural stone tiles in the basement and the ground floor and the great wooden floors on the upper level. This lot isn't very big but I love the outdoor area with the small intimate pool and the elegant outdoor furniture. The basement is an entertainer's paradise, so spacious. Beautiful master bedroom as well. The architect put in some very clever design features, like the outdoor escape lather from the basement, the access to the roof from the walk in closet and the drain for the rainfall on the overhang. All by all, great design. Kudos as well to the staging company who did a great job with furniture, artwork, rugs etc.
