We enjoy rewarding our dogs, and ourselves, with food. Next time you want to treat your dog, skip the treat box and head for the front door. You might be surprised how happy they'll be - and it's good exercise for you, too.

My dog doesn't particularly like her food and leaves it in her bowl for hours before eating it. My vet said that we were lucky and told us not to switch it cause that way she'll have an easier time staying at a healthy weight. And at 34kg she's doing pretty well for a female labrador 😊
