literally the wolf is how i found out about this band. i played piano alot, and the youtuber i watched to learn, he made a video for the wolf. i didnt know who they were. i started listening to the wolf alot, and while searching up siames, i noticed all the songs they made. this is my new favorite :P
"Dad" said my daughter. "Listen to this. You might like it." 5 minutes later I'd bought the album, and a day later I've played it 3 times already. You guys are very talented and extremely listenable, but most importantly you've got groove, soul and funk in spades, and you Rock!

The true victor out of all their music is "The Wolf"
Personally, my top three is Mr. Fear, Gimme Some Sweet, and then The Wolf, but hey, to each their own. Unsurprisingly, though, I found Siames through The Wolf, but again, to each their own.
But Siames as an instant favorite? I'd place them at 3rd or 4th favorite, but not 1st, but AGAIN, to each their own, but when I found them, yeah, they were an instant #1.

I feel like this song is a dialogue between someone's fear and that person. Fear just speaks through the entire song, until it asks the person why it shouldn't exist. That's when the person answers "You make me feel so alone, I know it's not true but I feel it in my soul."

I originally found this song from a warriors MAP by Giingersnaps and immediately fell in love with the song. The rhythm is amazing, and it just simplifies pretty much my life at the moment: Being intelligent to see my problems, but being unable to fix it. However, if you don't mind, I might animate this sometime with some characters I've created, if your okay with it that is. :)

This is probably one of the only few bands I haven't gotten sick of yet. Often what I do is binge too much on songs, listening to them so much I lose enjoyment and move on. I've been listening to this album for months now and I still love it. That's how I know I've come across something special. We need more music like this.

But now with the help, it feels more like I’m facing my own “Mr. Fear” more than ever, and it feels like I’m glaring right into his eyes for the first time. And this visualization became clear listening to this song after reading its actual lyrics, after so many clueless replays. It’s something I can hold onto now, along with this song, to ground me. I’ve always had an active imagination, but oftentimes it needs influence to shape what I see. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, SIAMÉS.

I interpreted Mr.Fear as a personification of depression and anxiety.Did anyone else think that ?
I feel it plays a big part in it, Some people have linked it to an abusive relationship, Though, I personally believe "Mr.Fear" is a personification of Fear itself, And how it's influence "mind controls" our needs, It talks as if It's there to help you, To protect you. How it speaks as if it'll never disappear, And how it insists that there's no "Cure" coming makes me feel like It's the darkness that lives within us all, And how it manipulates and keeps us under it's control. Now, that may sound a lot like a controlling partner, But I feel It's much deeper than that, Seeing as how it keeps talking of a cure, Instead of escape. The cure would be a cure for the sickness, or rather, the darkness inside the womans head, To free her from it's grasp and to remove it from her soul.

I always thought it was fear being controlling and the woman not knowing how to get rid of it so she took DRASTIC measures. Like lobotomy or death or somethin at the end. Something irreversible.
I think it's a personification of , well fears, in genral. You can try hard to ignore it but it's always there, let it in, listen to what it has to say and face your dam problems, that's the only way to get the "cure" if you get what i mean. I mean he literally begs the main character to listen to his melodies, and ask why isn't she letting him in. Then the reply suggest the reason for escaping fear is the feeling of vulnerability and lonliness, but still i guess i could deal with the darkness in my head. In the end Mr fear ask a question instead of having a direct statement, meaning the main character is finally making an active move to deal with whats causing the fear to haunt her. That's my interpretation anyway.

Without looking at the music video, the song alone seems to me to be about immersion therapy. Facing your fears, and your fear giving you the instinct to escape or run. And because its harmful, the person is struggling to fight it. The chorus is the rising panic as mr. Fear pleads with them to give in and give up
