I've seen this band 14 times in less than 2 years - including this show. Every show is great! I'm so glad they are finally getting the recognition they deserve.
She discovered Ella Fitzgerald when she was 5 (!) and her father, being the awesome person he must be, got her everything Ella ever recorded and she binged on them. Good start. She's not only talented but steeped in the best music and a fine musician.

I love how in the beginning the crowds not really into it. N then Rachel bellows out that chorus n everyone gets into it. Love that girls voice rest of the band is dope too. I seen one video where mikes playin a damn chair for gods sake n it still sounds awesome. Cant wait til theyre back in the midwest great show for sure
