have watched hundreds of LSD clips in the last few years, and this is in my top three or four favourite performances: an intimate but perfect song delivered with such sincerely and beauty by all of them. what ensemble work.
That guitar riff....so captivating!
Their is no "I" in this band ,they compliment each other and work for each other. Nothing flashy , just great musicianship.In these day days of "twerking" and getting everything out on stage to cover up crap music, it would be fantastic to see this band get the recognition they so rightly deserve!
Well they just played at the White House the other day. So their music must be beginning to get some footing
The band sounds awesome. I love how sparse the instrumentation is, and still so full. It's a really unique setup today, and you guys do an awesome job pulling it off.

Trying to do my homework while listening to Lake Street Dive is pointless...
the hook, chorus, whatever it's called, is what keeps me coming back
Have followed this lot for some years now and saw them in Bristol in the U.K. on the last tour ( Aki was with them too) they are all fabulous and support each other perfectly......then there’s Bridget .....oh dear god then there’s Bridget!!
Still amazed by this band everytime I hear them.
Rachel has got a wonderful voice, but this is a BAND. And one of the best, tightest, most intelligent pop bands you can possibly hear. It's definitely got a XX backbone...Rachel takes care of front of house, and Bridget runs the engine room. There isn't a better bassist in a current pop band.
Joseph Armand would you say the best bassist of a generation of pop? I would, and RP is the best singer alive I think.
Bridget is so far from being the nominal girl-with-a-bass in this band. She is a very fine musician and gives their music an almost jazzy looseness and edge and drive it wouldn't otherwise have. It's hard to think of a better bassist in popular music.Not to mention great harmonies and songwriting as well.
Joseph Armand be nice if they turned her mike up a hair...
How much better could this be? The answer is none. None more better.

Magnificent voice. This lady has the best range I've ever heard, and she makes it look so natural and so much fun. Bless youtube for existing or I would have missed the joy of this lady's voice. The group is the perfect complement.

Favorite version of this song, the danelectro is perfect. (even with the flub, good recovery though) :) It is tough being the guitarist with all this talent around you, been there.

I never knew guitars would be classified as baritone or tenor or anything like that. If you're just saying that because it's not a bass then I understand. Just heard what I knew as a non-bass guitar called a baritone.
