I did this and my Wash machine work again
Replaced the drain pump. Couldn't figure out why it wouldn't stop sensing when I was trying it out for a test run. Manual test (as you described) indicated that I'm a dumb ass and forgot to turn the water valves back on 🤣🤦
Took me longer to figure that out than replacing the pump.

How do I find out if my lid is locked the red button
My whirlpool cabrio just like this machine will not spin out and lid lock goes out. Put new lid lock an didn't make a difference any ideas ??

When I do the manual test it say E1 f9 on drain do u know what that means?
E1F9 is drain pump. E1F9 is a code for bauknecht too.

So if the test doesn't go off when you manually test it, say the lid lock does that mean its broken?
Not necessarily, it could mean that the PCB is broken. You would start by replacing the lock and if that doesn't fix the issue then you put the old lock back and replace the PCB.
