Will be fixed permanent, usually. If wanted, can be removed after 4 months or so.

(1) if someone went through genioplasty surgery. Clips & screws are fixed....but if that person require MRI scan in future then what will happen ??

I don't think I've ever heard of it happening after the intial surgery is a success. If there is too big of a gap and not filled up with bone grafting, something called non-union can happen where your body doesn't fill the gap up. If it was done right, the chin will stay that way for life.
