it doesn't come from having no stress or strife, it comes from acceptance. I don't know what it is for you or even myself fully, it's unique to each person, and much easier said than done. It also isn't possible to feel like that all the time. To feel constantly at peace is an unattainable goal, just like being happy all the time.

He came back he came back knowing he could die and not get a single thing out of it but he did it any way I hope were ever he is now that he got that beach house he always wanted.
