Unlike the previous walls, the 4th wall is "invisible" to the characters, but the audience viewing the characters can see through this wall. However, characters who are aware of their existence as "fiction" and aware of the audience are basically "breaking the 4th wall". Breaking the 4th wall is just characters aware of what/who they are.
It might have been Will Smith's show in a sense but Alfonso made me laugh more times than I can remember. This one had me laughing so hard, I was literally in tears...
For me all the characters made it special its too hard to choose a fav. Though I will say that some of the greatest and funniest moments were due to Alfonso and Will together and apart. But Geoffrey, Uncle Phil, Original Aunt Viv and Hilary were so crucial to that show it wouldn't have worked without them.

Well he used to be a breakdancer and did a Pepsi commercial with Michael Jackson, I believe that’s how he was able to do that floor drag, because of his dancing background.
@@Thejordanenthusiast Yeah, I used to do that across my home's laminate floors. It doesn't have to come from breakdancing but that's for sure one way to do it. Just takes some grip strength or sticky palms and a good bit of upper body strength.

I remember when I saw Carlton do the dragging on the knees bit for the first time, and lose it! In fact, when I come across a slippery enough floor, I do the same thing habitually!
Though Carlton dragging himself across the floor is hilarious, I just love how his screaming momentarily stops/gets cut out before the elevator doors open.

How this show managed to be one of the funniest shows to one of the most heart-wrenching shows was amazing. There was this and “how come we can’t afford no ceiling?” Then there was “how come he don’t want me man?” While Phil hugs him and Will cries. This show. This. Fucking. Show.
It wasn’t. The script only went as far as Will saying “Gotcha”. After that, it was unexpected. The producers thought it was good enough to leave in the show.
Even though I know it's joke, the way Will says, "SHE'S STILL UP THERE!!!!" still gets me really messed up for a second before I start laughing at Carlton
