I feel like house #2 is the vibe. It’s spacious and bright. Wic also showed more interest than the other two. But explore more options an keep this one in mind. I am also looking to buy my first home and very particular. I hope you find your dream home for you an your baby ❤️

I love house 2❤ It's just almost exactly like my dream home. I love the space, the cute little Laundry room and how the two kids rooms at 22:18 are laid out. Also the play room is literally perfection. I do wish the backyard was bigger and I just hate pools. They are too much work.

When looking at model homes, remember its just a model. You are able to choose your lot, your appliances, countertops, cabinet colors, etc. House #1 has the perfect space for you and your growing family!

No shade, those houses are beautiful, but listening to you (outside looking in) you weren't 100% happy with any of them. Keep your options open, those aren't it, sis. You ain't happy with those.
I think you should build your house so that way everything will be exactly how you want it.
If I were in your situation, I would still consider having a pool. You live in one of the hottest states and you already know domonic loves it and would get great use out of it. Plus it's good for entertaining guests for birthday parties or cookouts. Keep the kids in swimming lessons and make sure all kids are accompanied by adults while in the pool. You can also get a locked gate around it to make sure it's safe. Obviously you can make whatever choice you're feeling, but just a thought since you mentioned domonic would spend a lot of time using a pool. Like if I think back on my childhood, I would've loved to have a pool even more than having a play set.

If you feel like you’re picky and don’t see the key elements you want, I would build. Do your due diligence and look and see what’s out there, but if you want to put down roots and create your “forever home” to eventually hand down to your kids, now is the time to build if you have the money. If you find a place that you can make perfect for less than like $25k and it would save you money, then go for it. But tbh your mom probably knows best. She knows the market and she knows you 🤷🏾 trust your gut!
