Before I watch the rest of this from 1:38, I'll mention that I met Leonard Teale in Sydney in the 1970's or 1980's, I can't remember, however I do very clearly remember that he was very approachable and pleasant to talk with. None of the "I'm a star" business, he struck me as a warm, caring and gentle man and I admit I was the one who was star struck. I'll never forget his kindness in giving of his time to chat and was very sad to hear of his passing in 1994, he'll always be remembered kindly in my mind. Now back to the clip! Take care and thank you Crawfords for sharing this clip.

Hi David. How you described Len was very accurate. He was always the gentleman (and also had a great sense of humour). Regards, Garry.

My parents said the same thing, he was special guest at my dads Hot Rod club ball in the late 60's or early 70's. He enjoyed himself and spoke with everyone.

@@bettysteve322716I bought four volumes of Cop Shop for $250. They were sent to my brother in Melbourne and he then posted them to me in Italy. If they shipped internationally I’d buy Matlock, Division 4 and Homicide. I have always wondered why there isn’t a channel that streams these shows. OZTV classics. Am happy to pay but $60 plus shipping for one DVD volume is too expensive. I love the shows though.

That music sends shivers all over me. Even better with the closing credits, lasting for a coupla' minutes. Dad used to leave car out front on street, with keys in the ignition and house unlocked at night. Great days.

Noticed in the first "gun fight" with Leonard playing the murderer, he was using a revolver - with 12 shots in it? No reloading? Later around 22:15 I feel that a more than vital message was being played out on the "pack rape" episode, even in those days reality was important. Around 1:04:00 or so, they used a 1970 Holden Kingswood Sedan with 5 litre V8 engine, mine only has the 4.2 litre V8 - I've had that car since 1972, just over 50 years. Brings back memories! And so, to the end. Again, thank you Crawfords for basically putting Australia on the entertainment map and take care.

I remember outdoor scenes sounded more realistic as many American shows were shot in a studio.
The police car just had a siren on it, they were not allowed to display blue lights or insignia.
I loved how they all wore hats.
Imagine climbing a cliff wearing a hat.
