    Ingredients:
    7 green banana
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup white or brown sugar
    2/3 cup of 2% milk
    2/3 cup of condensed milk
    1 cinnamon stick
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tbsp.vanilla
    4 1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup Coconut milk ( optional)

    Thank youu. A little old lady at my church showed me how to cook it but I didn't catch all the steps but you did it just like her and it tastes AMAZING

    I did for my 81 year old grandma who said she didn't feel like eating because she did not have an appetite and she ate all and asked for more. I think she enjoyed it but have to cut back on the sugar because she is diabetic and I am pre-diabetic.

    Have you tried making this with plantain Chef? If you do try it, I'd suggest leaving out the flour, or only using a fraction, because the plantain cooks up very thick. I boil the cinnamon stick and sometimes throw in 1/2 of an anise pod. I've even used dried lime or orange rind when I wanted a change. As always, great job!

    Great video love your channel. Omit the flour though...not necessary IMHO. Also, better if you sweeten after removing from flame.

      Sashana Smith ok just ensure to use enough flour to thicken it and don't be alarmed if it looks think in mins. Just reduce your flame and when u ready to add the other liquid ingredients that's when it's gonna reach to the perfect consistency. Big up all the time some fren nuff love.

      He’s not in JA. Lolz. When I was in JA, every little water counts. Cause when the government turn it off, that’s it. But here in the US, there is an abundance of water. Many forget that the landlord pays a hefty water bill.
