Very helpful. I found it difficult to get the electrical connector difficult to disconnect - however I was able to rotate the blower with the connector connected then lower and rotate the blower to provide easier access to the connector to disconnect. This was the first replacement so I had to remove the firewall insulation similar to what had been done in your case. I had a dual heating unit so access/ viiewing was more restricted but having this video was very helpful in accomplishing this job - thanks!
Yeah, mine has got carpet and less than 10 degrees the old fan came out in pcs. Brittle Plastic when well below freezing. Good job making video, must have been fun trying to get your camera under there. Good job. You da Man.

Thanks , got one to do tomorrow and couldn't remember if had to pull dash or not. Ford engineers were actually thinking on this one !

It was bad. It was open i.e. no continuity.
