That's all you need to know. for those who do, the cpus cheat, I swear. They just kept falling out of my up smash when I was versing them. 6. times. in. a. row. I'm still salty. I still got the win though.

i dont have a clip of it but i was able to pass trough sephiroths counter with belmonts second down tilt. He was in the air and i hit his feet his counter didnt activated he just took the damage and knockback

but counter is a super effective fighting type move, so maybe palutena used "reflect" instead (I'm she said counter but 2 moves in one)

If you parry a multi hit attack, and the frames for the parry window are still active you'll wind up parrying the next attack or the next few to hit.
