Great review! A question please. Can either of them cast music wirelessly (Airplay or Google cast)? I'm trying to connect a turntable in order to stream wirelessly to a soundbar.
I no longer have an active tidal account so I can’t verify (requires a pay subscription). I don’t see Tidal Connect called out like airplay and Spotify connect so not overly confident
What does it mean, 24bits/192kHz specification is completly useless? Is it about for analog autputs or digital outputs? If I input 24bit/192kHz digital HiRes music files, how does it DAC work? Does it process 16bit/44.1kHz data converting to analog?
It processes all files as though they were 16bit/44.1 this means it introduces more noise in the analogue signal through the quantization process (averaging between sampled amplitudes) than there would be with 24bit processing (where less noise will be generated via quantization at any given sampling rate).
I really enjoy your reviews. It also helps out to discover new products to work with. Hadn't looked at streamers before. Very informative. Keep at it!

Nice review, does pro+ support tidal connect straight through tidal app?

If you included Apple Music it would’ve gotten a whopping -10 score😅
Lol sub’d at “Rage subscribe,” great review
