I love the ice tea look that looks more natural to me. We added a huge piece to my tank and got tea water. I love it she hates it😂. And she's mad my pleco is eating all the cool markings off the wood😮😅.

A tank like this would be great for a ton of different types of clown fish and some dwarf Angel Fish. If going fresh have lots of Angel fish or some Jack Dempseys. How about go small with tons of little tetras Black, Neon, Cardinal, Sepia and other little Tetras.
Wow!!! Love the scape!! Can't wait to see what you do for fish. I like the idea of Archer fish and other brackish water fish. I also love that Carl wants to be with you everywhere, such a funny kitty.

The tank looks amazing, like the bottom of a stream has been encapsulates in a glass box. The tannins make it really look amazing. I know I said neons before and I sand by something like that little tetras all schooling together.

Karl made me squirm a little with him grabbing for the top. I was like "oh no what if he scratches the tank???" But good for you getting things how you want it. It's pure joy to set up things and then have a "zen" moment where you are relaxed from other things. I just did my first aquascape tank and I drew out what I think that things out to look like. I was even down to the plants and the fish, making every little piece fit together. Now I can say"look what I created." I am happy with it, till I get a new algae box...lol
Archerfish are sometimes aggressive to others of their species and will eat anything that fits in its mouth.They’re also fish that thrives in brackish water
Oh and one more thing... Carl was doing his Catfish impression when he got inside the tank! 😅 (Gina)

Raleigh Aquarium Society has some members that breed them there. Check out their Facebook page. Definitely go to a meeting sometime. It's a great fish club.
