If there's ever been a definition of a Zerg Swarm, this mission is it. Well done! As for what the Overmind said, he wanted to bring both the Protoss and Zerg together, making the hybrid in the second one; though not out of his own will. The influence of a certain someone's will. I love the Zerg so much. Now it is onto the Protoss. Yay... *Sarcasm*
This. I love this. The starcraft 2 complainers always forget this. Amon and the hybrids have been hinted at since starcraft 1. this wasnt just some last minute thing.
Also, the Protoss campaign is still great. It's the Terran campaign here that doesn't seem to be really unique enough to stand out (even moreso with the far more interesting UED campaign for Brood War).
@@michaelandreipalon359 I guess they did! As long as even one Zerg survives on Char the primary Hive will regrow, thrive and endure! Same goes for the Protoss and the Terrans.
And so we first hear of the Zerg master plan and the mysterious Xel'Naga... a lot sure changed by the time SC2 came along, some good, most a bit debatable. Geez, talk about destroying one of the Clusters almost immediately. (For a somewhat boring strategy, your "destroy everything" mindset formula sure worked wonders in the final Protoss missions, MasterKD.) 45:46: A dream come true for all Zergkind, and a nightmare turned reality for all Protoss (and later Terrankind).
This mission is ez. You just need 4 teams of Hydralisks, 1 team of Ultralisks and unending team of zerglings. After that, just enjoy the massacre chaos on the protoss base.

A pity the hybrid plan became a bit weird with prophecies and the lack of nuance of Amon in mind.

So if you listened carefully. The hybrid process has been in motion from the very beginning.
The Void and the Khala protected the Protoss from infestation, so this particular plan was kinda doomed from the beginning
Nice. now i know all my mistakes
Destroying all Protoss opposition so none can ruin the delivery of the crystal at the end. Very sound strategy. And now Aiur belongs to the Zerg.
Alas, they forgot about the remnants on Char.

What makes brood war more challenging is the more attack waves and new units grouped in it right

incredible. I've tried so many times but I've never won
For the starting minerals should you still right away build another hatchery to instantly rebuild whatever you lose
You can destroy just about any Protoss base with a mixed group of Mutalisks and Guardians. It's not even fair.
Yeah, until those Arbiters freeze your Guardians or those swarms of High Templar raining storms upon your whole squad
Confirmation that the eyeball is a peeping tom creeper.
Wall9K *AHEM* THE EYEBALL'S NAME IS "THE OVERMIND" *AHEM*
Did you just assume the eyeball’s gender?
I can tell you didnt learn the hot keys it would make it easy for you to control your troops
