It's basically just a planner like a franklin covey or day timer with refillable inserts, but there's a whole community of filofax users. Some decorate the pages, some just use them, but we all love them!

I have the Rapesco 66 punch. Do a quick Amazon search and it should show up. A single hole punch works great, too!

Yes, the month on two pages came from Filofax's website and the weekly diary pages came from Barnes & Noble :)
They are just Martha Stewart Avery tabs. :) Hard to find now, but KateTPS has a video about making your own!
